Pazzi per Pizza In Villa castelli

23/05/2025: A very nice, rustic restaurant, and we received a friendly welcome. The food didn't quite impress us. We chose a cheese and salami platter for antipasto, but only cheese was served. Unfortunately, no reason was given (sadly, my Italian isn't perfect enough for me to have asked). Four different cheeses, two of them good, especially the goat cheese, while the other two were rather bland. The ravioli filled with eggplant puree were good, but could have been seasoned a bit more. The risotto was special, clearly reflecting farmhouse cooking. It's a matter of taste, of course. We enjoyed the Vino rosso della casa. Overall, a highly recommended restaurant.

28/04/2025: Excellent restaurant in the center of Cisternino in a particular and elegant location inside and suggestive, in the summer months, outside because it enjoys a beautiful view. We went to this restaurant for dinner on Easter Monday and it was an excellent experience. Genuine food because it was homemade starting from the taralli to the desserts, passing through the orecchiette which we consumed both with turnip tops and seasoned with meatballs and rolls. (all very good). We were served perfectly by a waiter always ready to satisfy our requests and we met the owners who were also very kind. Clean place. Highly recommended!
