I'm not good at reviewing, but this review is a must!!! I gave everything 5 stars because the dinner was an all-round sensory experience! The excellent food, the indisputable kindness and professionalism... but the real emotion was all this added to the sensation you get when you go down those steps that take you to the platform and find yourself in a magical place where everything that surrounds you satisfies you. eyes and spirit! I thank my partner for having found a magical place where you find yourself immersed in a bubble made of lights, sea, little fish swimming around and a breathtaking view! Along the coast you can see a succession of illuminated stilt houses and music in the background... it seems like a small but "big" Venice ❤️

Dinner at Chianalea was a truly memorable experience, made even more special by the breathtaking location. The restaurant is located on a splendid platform directly overlooking the sea, offering a unique and romantic atmosphere, perfect for an unforgettable evening. The fish menu fully met expectations: the swordfish tartare was exquisite, with a balance of fresh and delicate flavors that opened the dinner in the best way. The mussel peppered confirmed the quality of the ingredients, with an intense and perfectly spiced flavour. The frying was also well done, light and crunchy, without being heavy. The spaghetti with clams and mussels was tasty, although a little dry: I would have preferred a creamier consistency to bind the flavors better. However, the taste of the sea was unmistakable and authentic. The price was adequate, with a total of 40 euros each for a starter and first or second course, including four bottles of water, in line with other fish restaurants in the area. The only reason why I don't give 5 stars is the limited variety of choice on the first courses, an aspect which, if improved, would make the dining experience perfect. However, overall, it was an excellent dinner in a charming place, which I certainly recommend.
