A restaurant where regional cuisine is still served. The service is well organized and friendly. Simply worth a recommendation.

After 20 years in South Tyrol with a focus on regional food, this is one of the best addresses. Beautiful traditional inn with a romantic garden area under trees and a pergola. The road is no problem! Very large menu with exclusively regional and seasonal dishes. The preparation, quality, taste, texture and presentation are so near perfect. The service is unobtrusive, friendly and always with the guest in mind. The kitchen is super organized and delivers quickly. Generous portions, very good price/performance ratio. A two-page (!!) dessert menu with classics between 4 and 8 € according to the motto: “You can afford this and treat yourself to this conclusion.” This speaks for the outstanding host qualities of the Patauner family. The cream caramel couldn't be more perfect: the caramel sauce is not burnt, not too sweet, has a nice liquid consistency, so that every bite of the perfectly set cream is delicately accompanied and flavored.

Great taste, light seasoning, well seasoned for summer, even the ragout with gnocci wasn't too heavy! Tradition without boredom! Price-performance is right. Personally, I wouldn't have chosen the red wine vinegar to dress a salad, but you could certainly have asked for another one. The staff was also very friendly. Unfortunately, the outdoor area is right on a street, but is separated by greenery, so it doesn't bother you much. I'd love to come back!

They invited me to lunch, cuisine respectful of the dishes it offers, the pergola is nice, too bad it borders the state road. I can't judge the price having not paid. However, if I'm passing through, I would go back
