Working in the shop, I got to know the owner first, and only then the place. I must say that the impression I had in person was more than confirmed, indeed, surpassed, once I got there. The aperitif platter was rich and made with quality ingredients, the pinsa dough is incredibly light, and I was able to enjoy a buffalo mozzarella and patanegra pinsa at a more than fair price! My son's burger, despite being just meat and bread (a sandwich with pinsa dough), was delicious even without too many toppings. Kindness, attentiveness, and, last but not least, generosity, were our hallmarks throughout the dinner. Thank you, we'll be back soon.
We discovered this place through a friend. The pinsas are made with excellent quality ingredients and are very tasty. The patanegra appetizer is unbeatable. The staff is delightful. We'll definitely be back!
