The meat dishes are excellent, as are the appetizer platters of cured meats and cheeses. The table service is efficient and courteous, and reservations are recommended. The location is nice and tasteful, and parking is fairly easy to find.

Everything was truly superb! The platters were very good and the first courses were excellent. The portions were adequate for an excellent value. Compliments to the staff, who demonstrated their high level of expertise. I've never had anyone ask us about any intolerances before the meal; it was a very welcome gesture. Beautiful location.

Good restaurant, good food and good service, shame that in the bathroom, with the cold that it is, there is no hot water and to dry your hands there is cold air, for the rest, recommended

We only had pizza. A good, average pizza, but the bill was too high considering we're not on the beach but on the outskirts of Bisagno.

Excellent pizzas 😋😍 shame about the FIG tiramisu🤔 😓 there was only cream and fig seeds inside it had no flavor and little consistency 🤷🏻‍♀️.

Rifugio Casermette del Monte Penna

27/10/2025: The refuge is a must-see for anyone visiting the area. It's an excellent base for numerous excursions, with a beautiful location in the middle of the forest. The food is excellent and the prices are reasonable.
20/10/2025: I've been to the Casermette del Penna refuge several times for refreshments and have noticed a very familiar and welcoming atmosphere... extremely kind and helpful staff; the cold cuts and cheese platters and aperitifs are excellent, as are the craft beers, on tap or for sale in bottles, which I bought and, according to my dad, are delicious... (I don't usually drink beer); the thick hot chocolate is excellent! The environment is all wooden with a wonderful view of Mount Penna! I have a house in Santo Stefano 'Aveto, but I would really like to experience sleeping in this refuge, I found the atmosphere very warm and pleasant!

05/12/2025: Very good pizza, professional atmosphere, and quick service. The kiosk and aperitifs at the Sestri Swimming Center's outdoor pool were much appreciated.
30/11/2025: Number one in Sestri, favorite pizza is the Borzoli, you have to try it...but they are all special
