19/03/2026: Solid spot, but it left me wanting a little more. The Milanese risotto was well-prepared and perfectly fine — but fine is the word. The technique was there, the texture was right, it just didn’t have the depth of flavor you hope for. A dish like that lives or dies on its seasoning, and this one played it a little too safe. The atmosphere is pleasant and the location is convenient. A decent option if you’re nearby and looking for something straightforward, but not a place I’d go out of my way to return to. Florence has too many kitchens that actually push flavor to settle for almost.
