Very particular cuisine with a mix of traditional Abruzzo flavors combined with a "gourmet" preparation. Good service but a little slow. Large internal room but without air conditioning. Very tasty starters: the anchovies au gratin with a mix of spices and lemon tasted just like the sea; Pallotte, game, eggs and pecorino tasted like the ninth grade's food; the grilled lettuce with goat cheese fondue, oilseeds and Montepulciano grape sauce is simply spectacular; original but slightly less tasty are the roasted aubergines, peeled and cut into strips. The lamb rump (sliced ​​lamb!) with egg and cheese sauce on the side is truly exquisite. It was an explosion of flavors! To finish, a delicious custard with amaretti crumble. The white wine and the house bitters are very good.

A mix between the typical Abruzzo cuisine and a revolutionary starred menu, also suitable for vegetarians, the house white wine is good, unfortunately in an unconditioned environment. Outside tables present.

Came here on the last night of my trip and had a lovely time. The grilled spaghetti with tomato sauce was odd sounding but oh so very delicious. Truly a game changer pasta

Cute rustic-like place with minimal paper napkins, deliberately chipped plates and uncomfortable chairs. Excellent food but prices definitely too high. For a complete meal it costs close to 80 euros per person excluding wines, practically prices and portions of a starred restaurant but with trattoria service. We are not.

Very interesting wine list with honest mark-up. The environment is decidedly pleasant and with attention to detail. A menu that satisfies everyone who, in my opinion, lacks something more to reach very high levels. On the right track... Advised!

Great Abruzzo cuisine restaurant in Rome. Each dish is carefully prepared and faithful to tradition. The shepherd's steak and the kebabs are highly recommended.
