Ottimo pastificio in una via tranquilla di Monselice. E' possibile mangiare in loco un piatto di pasta fresca condito con alcuni sughi della tradizione italiana, oltre ad acquistare prodotti del laboratorio (pasta, pane, dolci...scelta vastissima!). Servizio veloce, personale gentile e discreto. Davvero un'ottima alternativa al ristorante tradizionale se siete amanti della pasta e non cercate la "formalità". Buono il rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Charming and delicious.
An unexpected stop at this pasta restaurant turned out to be the best pasta we had during our stay in Italy. 1. The ingredients are fresh and high-quality, 2. The manager was very helpful and friendly, and 3. The value for money is excellent.
I highly recommend a stop.
Special mention to the asparagus carbonara (with guanciale on top 😉)

The pasta is excellent; with their "Lunch Break" option, they prepare generous plates of their pasta freshly made with a selection of sauces. We tried tagliatelle, duck ragù, and bigoli in salsa, both excellent, better than some of the "typical trattorias" we've tried in the area. The staff was attentive and extremely kind. Congratulations on the brilliant idea and the high quality!

In this shop, in addition to selling fresh pasta, they also serve their artisanal pasta seasoned with sauces of your choice. We had truly excellent fusilli with duck sauce and bigoli with Venetian sauce. If I lived nearby I would become a regular customer. Very honest prices, €10/12 depending on the sauce, and abundant dishes. The only note being that it is a small place has few seats so it's better to book, they don't have a bathroom but there are public bathrooms 50m away, and you don't pay with the pos. For the rest, good pasta with quality ingredients.

Gentilissimi. Spazio molto piccolo, se si vuole consumare in loco, ma d'altra parte la loro attività primaria è l'esser un pastificio; questo fa sì però che le pietanze siano ottime. Gli spaghetti (avrei dovuto prendere i bigoli) con ragù d'anatra erano ottimi, così anche le tagliatelle al ragù ed i canederli. La prossima volta proveremo i tortellini, ma da emiliani abbiamo prferito non azzardare. Ottimo lo strudel. Servizio un po' lento; non si deve aver fretta. Se possibile suggerirei di migliorare la qualità dei vini al calice, comunque dignitosi, ma vista la zona... Prezzi adeguati. Torneremo per certo se in zona. Buon proseguimento, ragazzi!

I had the macaroni with duck ragù, and I must say it was excellent. The staff was very friendly; they even recommended a walk to see seven chapels.
For dessert, I had their own tiramisu, which was delicious.

Excellent! A few tables, an unexpected stop, and what luck we had. The pasta is homemade with fresh, quality products. The ravioli filling was delicious and very thin, the Bolognese was very flavorful, and the Carbonara was delicious. But above all, the kindness and patience of the owners made us have a great time. Thank you for the Pinsa, a wonderful discovery. I recommend it 200%.
