(we had already eaten his pizza at a friend's house) this evening we took it for ourselves and I must say that it had been a long time since we ate such a good pizza. Fabulous dough, and tasty, really good. Congratulations Emanuele indeed!!

Quarantuno

17/09/2025: We had a delicious meal at Quarantuno! The owners are incredibly friendly and welcoming. We walked by at 6:00 PM with our two young children, looking for an early dinner. Although they normally don't open until 7:00 PM, they opened an hour early especially for us. And the food was excellent! One of the best dinners we had during our vacation. The combination of their hospitality, the lovely atmosphere, and the high quality of the food makes Quarantuno an absolute must-visit. We will definitely be back when we're in Pietrasanta again!

24/09/2025: I'd say everything was very good. Excellent, dry and crispy fried food. The Lunigiana mushrooms were also good.
20/09/2025: Everything was fabulous!!! Fantastic restaurant!! The skate salad was exquisite!! I'm back with porcini mushrooms, and it was definitely a standout dish!! Thank you for your kindness! Highly recommended!!!!
