Take away. Delicious paste. There are only 2 options on the day, one vegetarian and one with meat. The gnocchi was very tasty as was the vegetarian pasta which I believe was made with an eggplant mixture. It's worth what they ask for, 5 EUROS.

For years it has remained one of the very few places in the historic center where you can eat well and cheaply. Portion of pasta 5 euros, always good, vegetarian options.

A cool old store that only sells two flavors

Super cheap and delicious
The noodles are hard enough and springy
There are only a few places to stand, and take-out packaging is available.
European environmentally friendly materials
When the box arrived at the restaurant, I thought it was going to melt.
The box is soft and wet and collapsed🤣
Classic informal environment, the pasta is of an excellent standard, more than excellent value for money. Even though it may seem like a tourist place, I can assure you that the quality of the product is very high.

The pasta is very delicious and super economical, you have to go early since there is a line.
The amounts are very good, especially for the 5 euros they cost.
Its only drawback, we were waiting in line for half an hour thinking what to choose and we only had two options to choose from that day: pasta with tuna or pasta with mushrooms.
We would still repeat, but the limitation of variety cuts a lot of the ball.

Se cercate un pastificio storico, economico, genuino e situato in pieno centro a Roma, nei pressi di Piazza di Spagna, recatevi da Pastificio Guerra. A partire dalle 13 vengono offerti 2 tipi differenti di pasta (di cui uno vegetariano) che cambiano ogni giorno, principalmente della tradizione romana, al costo di 5€. Fuori al locale è solita formarsi una lunga coda ma è ben gestita e abbastanza scorrevole. Ho avuto la fortuna di beccare la carbonara e garantisco che è buonissima. La confezione d’asporto è molto pratica e la porzione è abbondante, tuttavia ho avuto tanta difficoltà a trovare un posto dove consumarla. Consigliato! Ci tornerò.
