I bought very good Val Varaita ravioli.

Excellent fresh pasta and delicatessen dishes. The place is beautiful and meticulously maintained, with knowledgeable and very friendly staff. It's a great place to go for a delicious plate of fresh pasta accompanied by a good wine, but it's also a great place to get ready-made pasta and delicatessen dishes to enjoy at home. Highly recommended! You have to try it to truly appreciate its deliciousness!

We purchased 500g Dutto ravioli (traditionally artisanal, but packaged for large-scale distribution) from a retailer in Val Varaita. They recommend the quality, but after checking the additives with an app that reports the composition of the food, they found two highly dangerous substances: E471 (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids) and E450i (disodium diphosphate), which "unfortunately" lower the quality of the product (perhaps compared to the fresh products sold directly by Dutto, in the store in Centallo). So, it's natural to ask: isn't it possible to find alternative substances that don't pose a risk to health, which must go hand in hand with ethical considerations? Thank you for your attention.
