We ate for lunch at the Del pastificio restaurant. We took two first courses plus a pasta with tomato sauce for my daughter and the chef immediately satisfied us. All very good. There was a small misunderstanding on a first order, but I must say that the professionalism and courtesy of the owner promptly resolved it. Plus they also treated us to some pasta to take home and some ready-made dishes to try. We will definitely return. Experience to try.

Ho cenato con la mia famiglia(3 persone) un venerdì sera di fine luglio. Se siete a Gragnano non potete non pranzare/cenare in questo particolare ristorante. Cortesia, gentilezza ed educazione del personale di sala e una buona varietà di piatti, ovviamente incentrati sul prodotto pasta da loro prodotto. Amelia, la titolare, un vulcano di energie e idee oltre a portare con sé una dose di simpatia veramente rara da trovare. Iper consigliato.

I had dinner with my family (3 people) on a Friday evening. If you are in Gragnano you cannot miss having lunch/dinner in this restaurant. Courtesy, kindness of the dining room staff and a good variety of dishes obviously focused on the pasta product (obviously produced by them). Amelia, the owner, a volcano of energy and ideas as well as bringing with her a dose of friendliness that is truly rare to find. Highly recommended.

We had an incredible time at Pastificio Cuomo. This business is run by a wonderful family who brings history and passion to a unique and fun experience. We highly recommend the museum as well as the pasta-making class. You will not regret making a stop here!

Posto centralissimo quanto accogliente, ben situato e facilmente raggiungibile;
Partiamo con un assaggio di parmigiana buona da sciogliersi al palato, per poi continuare con paccheri ai funghi porcini e salsiccia e pasta e patate con provola.
