In Gragnano, Italy there is this small place built with the heart of a family. The oldest pasta factory dating since 1820, run by the same family, with the same art of the Seminole. Still they proud themselves by saying that even on the 1600 their family were already on the macaroni production. The pasta itself is simple, based on Seminole brought from Bari, Puglia. The cooking is from the heart with different amazing tastes. There is no ostentatious presentations, just pasta in its added sauce. But what a taste! Prepare your taste buds to the best of the real Italian way. Eat slow, relax, and enjoy one of the best there are. Amazing pasta alla genovese, probably one of the best pastas I’ve had. Don’t expect much for “atmosphere” here, but definitely great food!

I was looking for a restaurant to eat in broad daylight but everything was closed. the beautiful owner welcomed me, opened the restaurant and cooked for me… the typical food was delicious, I highly recommend this place.

Il locale è molto carino e curato con cucina a vista. I primi (ravioli ripieni e pasta a patate con provola e pancetta) sono stati all'altezza delle aspettative. Buono anche il tiramisù. Prezzi onesti e nella media. Servizio cortese e rapido. Lo consiglio vivamente!
