Perfect service, very kind employees. Older lady proposed perfect limun desert for us, we tool that, ice cream and cappuccino, and its was magnificent

Closed with shutter down at 11:00 on a February 26th Thursday. No notice visible about seasonal dates/hours. Opening schedule on Google Maps needs updating.

We spent the whole day in Sorrento; in the morning we had an excellent coffee, and in the afternoon we had three sorbets and a lemon delight. Everything was excellent! They used simple ingredients, not pre-made products. Maria Rosaria, a very kind and helpful lady, was attentive to my requests regarding ingredients because I'm unfortunately allergic to several things (she has experience with allergies in her family, so she's very knowledgeable :) and she gave the right amount of importance. We'll be back 😊💪 P.S. My simplest sorbet was due to allergies, otherwise I decorated it with cones and macarons.

02/02/2026: The setting of Pozzuoli, with its timeless beauty, made everything even more magical. *At the Phoenix Club* You're not just a guest: you feel welcomed, listened to, and celebrated. Thanks to all the staff, especially Edo, Lina, and Marina for making such an important moment in my life unforgettable. It wasn't just an event, but a memory I'll carry with me 😍😍😍. It's a shame I can't give more than 5 stars, otherwise I would without any ifs or buts. Thanks again, everything was SUPER!!!!!!
23/01/2026: I celebrated my 30th birthday. I'm running out of words to describe the beauty of that place and the welcome I received. The food was excellent. A week has passed and I'm still receiving compliments. Thanks to all the staff ❤️
