I had my lunch here while in Genoa and I would highly recommend this place.
See my short on YouTube we had Pesto Gnocchi and Truffle Ravioli with a small dessert of tiramisu.
I had a large Gnocchi and the Mrs had a medium Ravioli and it was plenty.
The dishes are served in paper bowls with a flour tortilla but dont let this put you off as I wish mine didn't have to end. 😀

It’s like a cafe restaurant & you pay at the till. I wanted some authentic pasta & I opted for the truffle ravioli. For €10 I got the medium size portion & to be honest it’s made me feel sick all evening. The portion was ok for the price but the richness & covered in oil is really too much for one person. It’s put me off truffle for a while

We went there on GEMINI's recommendation to eat fresh pasta with homemade pesto, and we weren't disappointed! The very kind chef, who spoke French, suggested sizes and types of pasta, and then sauces. We had a quick dinner, and everything was very good, including the limoncelli!
The prices are very affordable, and the service is fast and friendly. Thank you again for a great meal!
As a bonus, you can even watch the pesto being made live using the automated pesto machine. ^^

We stumbled upon Pastificio Artigianale di Canneto by chance, and it turned out to be one of the best discoveries of our trip! It's a small, unassuming spot tucked away in Genoa, and you might miss it if you aren't looking for it. But the crowd of locals outside was a great sign, so we decided to give it a try for lunch.
This place is a must-visit for any pasta lover. The concept is brilliant: you get to combine your choice of fresh, homemade pasta with any sauce you want, and they prepare it right in front of you.
We had to try the Trofie al Pesto, the quintessential dish of the Ligurian region. The pesto was incredibly fresh and flavorful, and the pasta was cooked to perfection. My husband, a truffle fan, went for the ravioli with truffles and absolutely loved it. The portions were also a very pleasant surprise—even the smallest size was generous and satisfying.
For an authentic, delicious, and affordable meal, this place is unbeatable. The quality of the food is outstanding, and it's a great spot to try different pasta and sauce combinations. We will definitely be back to try more of their pasta variations on our next visit to Genoa.

Un endroit unique pour se retrouver au mileu et à côté des locaux ...
Une petite "gargote" (au bon sens du terme...) où l'on choisit au comptoir ce que l'on va manger (le plat et la quantité).
Des trofies al pesto succulentes, les raviolis à la truffe excellents.
Le service est chaleureux et marrant (elles semblent bien connaître la moitié des clients).
Un prix inégalable dans le cœur historique de Gênes.
Une adresse à ne pas manquer à midi sûr Gênes

Accueil parfait, grand choix de pâtes et de sauces et beaucoup de goût ! Les tarifs sont vraiment bon marché pour le quartier historique particulièrement touristique.
