I ate piece pizza and a tart made of yeasted chickpea dough and onion and it was delicious.

We loved it! We went in search of artisanal pastas and we arrived at this small place located in the heart of Genoa. Very fast service and affordable prices (between 8-12 euros per plate, depending on the size you choose). We liked it so much that on the second day of our stay we decided to go again and try other dishes and it was the best decision.

Pasta factory/diner with the possibility of sitting down to eat a first course or even a second course on the fly. We tried the first course + second course + wine + dessert menu, good value for money although neither the pansoti nor the stockfish impressed me much... I didn't like the dessert at all.

Shops open from early hours. You can eat pasta at the store, and they also sell fresh pasta and sauces. Since it was my first time in Genoa, I ordered a small size of trofie for the pasta and pesto for the sauce. The price was 6 euros, super cheap! And the pasta was really delicious. I can't forget the pesto here... The pasta was chewy and the pesto sauce had a strong garlic and cheese flavor. I should have chosen a larger one instead of a smaller one. If I come to Genoa again, I will definitely come back to try the Trofie Pesto here. All the seats in the store are at the counter and the chairs are high, so if you have small children, it might be a good idea to seat them in a stroller.

Qual è il segreto della sua instancabilità?o Se quel pazzo di Marco Polo non fosse mai partito o se si fosse tenuto per sé ogni scoperta sul continente asiatico forse tutto questo non sarebbe mai successo. La pasta è buona. Ecco Trofie al pesto e pansoti al sugo di noci, un'acqua e un dolcettino sfizioso per concludere, tutto a 10 euro. E il peggio è che è pure buono, ma tanto buono, un ristoro dopo una visita a Genova o un semplice souvenir gastronomico per un viaggiatore di passaggio...in entrambi i casi vale la pena provarlo.

Abbiamo preso trofie e pesto da mangiare a casa. La ragazza non è stata per nulla cordiale e simpatica, molto sbrigativa e poco attenta alle nostre esigenze/richieste, sembrava molto scocciata (abbiamo soltanto chiesto di poter avere una vaschetta di trofie con meno grammi rispetto a quelle standard, sapendo che non ne avremmo mai mangiate così tante e non essendo a Genova per più giorni). Detto ciò, il pesto mi è piaciuto, le trofie un po' meno.
