Every restaurant rejected us … so we scrambled to buy our dinner … and they were very helpful and set us up with a great pasta meal to make at home

Small shop located in one of the main streets of the town, the focaccias are decent as is the service, their NOCCIOLINI small walnut macaroons are fantastic.

Very good focaccia, onion and the cheese ones we had , both crispy AND doughy. Yum. 11 euro for 2 slices, best price.

The onion-topped focaccia was best focaccia I’ve ever had. Great service - they let me select the size. Reasonably priced for Portofino. We went back for seconds!

15/01/2024: Bel locale con arredamento moderno e tavoli esterni che si affaccia in una delle più belle piazze di Genova. Personale gentile e buon servizio. Quanto al bere nulla di particolare e prezzi elevati in rapporto alla qualità.
10/01/2024: Sono stato a prendere un ottimo e squisito caffè al banco di questa storica pasticceria elegante raffinata di cucina tipica francese ed ubicata in pieno centro a Genova in Piazza Matteotti. Ci sono diversi tavoli sia interni sia all’aperto con vista sulla piazza. A differenza di altri commensali il personale è stato accogliente competente cordiale ed il servizio attento rapido e prezzi buoni.

TEN Pasticceria Svizzera 1910

05/08/2024: I returned to the Swiss pastry shop in via Albaro which has reopened and was taken over by the pastry chef Poldo: the products are excellent, the freshly baked croissants are very soft, but the staff is inadequate, slow and incompetent even when the place is not taken by storm. ...today a girl behind the counter offered an oat cappuccino to a customer and the barista told her that they don't have it...it's a shame because the products are very good. Maybe it's better to call and book and take away....but I don't know if it's possible
