28/07/2024: Nice place, where you have the possibility to choose whether to dine with the pizza menu or have an aperitif. I was able to try two types of pizza: Little Italy and Cucuzziella. Objectively both pizzas were good, although (subjectively speaking) they didn't surprise me...obviously if you go into detail you have to take personal tastes into account. As for the dining room staff, I must say that I was pleasantly surprised by the waiter who, upon my request for a latte, asked me (rightly) whether a cold or hot latte (it's not for everyone, as it happened to me several times). to order it and receive a foamed coffee). As for the timing of table service, well, I would say that since it's the first time I've gone to eat, and therefore not knowing the number of staff, I can't express a real opinion, but this evening I saw them running around a lot. In short, if you are not in a hurry to be served and want to spend an evening eating well overall, find yourself in a place with courteous and polite staff... well, Alchemiae is the place for you. I long to return to try something else. I therefore recommend going there at least once.
