Driven by the reviews I am going to try this bar. It is actually a real jewel for lovers of Sicilian granita and beyond. Their granita is incredibly creamy, both in texture and flavor. I tried one of their latest specialties, the ricotta granita with cannoli flakes, a real delight for the palate. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely return and try other flavours.

The staff were friendly, welcoming and professional. The savory dishes prepared with fresh products typical of Sicilian cuisine, while the desserts were a real delight: the pistachio granita with brioche is absolutely recommended! Historic bar crowded in the morning, good breakfast and diner for lunch, a good renovation would improve the welcome.

The pistachio granita is exceptional, it has a strong flavor and is very creamy, it is also available all year round. I have tried many pistachio granitas and finding one like this is really difficult, certainly one of the best ever. I will return often.

As far as I'm concerned, I can only speak positively of the Trento bar. It offers everything, from breakfast/snack to lunch, for lunch (which I often took as a takeaway for my lunch break in the office) there is a wide range of first and second courses, I recommend the Venere rice with salmon, avocado, etc. , it's super good! And if you want to eat a granita that really tastes of pistachio, this is the right place! I tasted both the chocolate and pistachio granita and they are both top! The delicious croissants and the cereal one was a really nice discovery!
