My favorite breakfast in Catania. The best granita in town. The slightly spicy Modica chocolate one and the ricotta one are incredible. The brioche are not so memorable.

I was recommended this place by a bar man from Bohemian. Only 1 guy spoke English it's not a tourists place to visit. The brioche was very fresh and the pistachio grinita was well served. Google translate helped me to order and get the bill paid. The guys serving were still very pleasant with my limited Italian. Thank you Bar trento

One of the best granitas in Catania (the pistachio one is probably the best). Creamy, flavorful, and the brioche is also very good. Impeccable service and helpful staff. A must-try! 😉

11/08/2025: Have been many times for the delicious granita and aperitivo. If you’re an uber-local the smiles from the staff are plentiful.

22/08/2025: We received a very warm welcome yesterday, even though the restaurant wasn't actually open yet. We enjoyed a delicious pistachio pasta and lemon tart. Highly recommended.
10/08/2025: In a courtyard, they serve ordinary food at Michelin-starred restaurant prices. Plus, the pizzas of the day are announced verbally, and you don't know the price. A pizza and a beer are almost €30. Not convenient.
