Tosa Caffetteria Pasticceria is one of my favorite places where I stop in the morning to read my morning financial reports and news while enjoying a good cappuccino and a croissant; having a chat with some friends. Moncalieri is community.
Café also open on New Year's Day and therefore a little crowded. Excellent service. The choice of brioches is a little limited, but of excellent quality.
