The ice cream is wonderful and 100% homemade, not the kind with 100 flavors and colors. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

Modern ice cream parlor/patisserie. A great stop for coffee, a sweet treat, and/or ice cream.

The place, its location and what they offer are very nice, but the girl who served us was very unfriendly.

Very good pastry shop and bar. We appreciated the friendliness and kindness of the owners. The ice creams were good, and the desserts were excellent. We were on a trip, and they welcomed us with professionalism and the great hospitality of the Calabrians in the air-conditioned room. THANK YOU

My previous review is below, however this morning (and on a few previous occasions) they got our order wrong. When I questioned the young, long dark haired waiteress with glasses she was arrogant and rude. What was a nice place to go has now become poor to say the least. Definately not going here again. If you can't get it right and have zero customer service skills you are in the wrong job. You got the order wrong (again), not me. Best cornetti's around. Good coffee, excellent service, friendly staff. We always head here when in town.

2021: Always top notch. 2020: On vacation in Amantea, we always stop at Pasticceria Torchia. The gelato is delicious, the best I've had in the area, with a wide selection of flavors, all excellent. The filled croissants are also truly delicious. I recommend it. 2019: I'm on vacation in Amantea, and I've already been to this pastry shop twice, and both times I was very satisfied. We had some really good gelato. The almond, peanut, walnut, and pistachio flavors are truly amazing. I recommend trying them.
