Pasticceria Todde In Bari sardo

30/11/2024: This is the Tòsciri butcher's shop, synonymous with quality. Their meat comes from their own or local animals, fed only with local fodder without anabolics and grazed in healthy Sardinian nature. Nice location, in the center of Arbatax, the external view from the terrace is nothing special but a stone's throw from the suggestive Rocce Rosse. Service times within limits (the place was not crowded), smiling, kind and helpful staff. Negative notes: presence of flies wandering around while you eat, not very pleasant or hygienic. Only half a liter of water in a plastic bottle. Bathrooms for customers only sufficiently clean, without paper to dry themselves and with the uncomfortable electric hand dryer partly at the sink.

26/11/2024: Best burger , chips and ribs we ever ate. The meat is insane and perfectly cooked. The service, unfortunately was terrible. We ate in an outside terrace that was very cozy and nicely decorated. The hostess left us as soon as we were sitting down, not a smile, did not come to see us at all once the food or drinks was served . We asked for the addition and she summoned us; inside. No smiles, no ; did you like your dinner, nothing. And, I noticed she had the same behaviour with the other customers. The other hostess was not very friendly either. I think a good customer service training would be advised or maybe they don’t need it since the food is so delicious 😞
