The food is pre-cooked, but if you ask, they'll make you a pasta dish on the spot, which is why it gets 2 stars. But the bill isn't quite right, no... a receipt for €27 that says "€20" plus "€4" plus "€3" water... meaning water costs €3, which is fine, but the change? One star plus one star for the change...
