21/03/2026: A noble example of culinary excellence! We chose this restaurant for an important family event, especially considering its central location (practically next to the Duomo). The restaurant, with its ancient stone and terracotta walls, has been beautifully renovated and offers a welcoming, spacious, and clean atmosphere. The highlight is the open kitchen. The service is excellent, and the staff is wonderful: kind, courteous, and helpful. Each dish is described with suggestions for its consumption. Let's move on to the dishes: gourmet excellence, no matter how many ingredients there are, each one is an explosion of flavor, like a painting where every brushstroke of color explodes in a harmony of colors and flavors. Unique dishes, different from week to week, made with fresh, authentic ingredients. This restaurant doesn't need stars; it's a star by birth!
