I've known this pastry shop for years, and even though I moved out of Milan, we still rely on the professionalism of Pasticceria Spezia for all our special occasions. Every time, we receive compliments from our guests on the deliciousness of the cake and pastries. The best! I'm keen to write a new review after a year so I can also post photos of the beautiful cakes we've tasted. They're always delicious and everyone loves them, finally free from any of the chemical flavors that can often be found even in artisanal cakes. Both adults and children are delighted! Thank you!

This place is amazing they have a variety of cakes and small pastries. They all look delish. I got some small pastries and they were spectacular. They have a full size and bite size pastries which works great! The selection is excellent and the quality and taste is just delicious additionally all kinds of natural fruit flavors and the fruit looks and was fresh and savory. The have their own parking lot which is great in Milan because the parking in some areas is limited. The packaging was so nice and carefully placed with a nice bow. Thank you la Spezia Pasticceria. We will definitely come back when in Milan Italy.

Excellent Italian pastry shop. We have been buying cakes here for my birthday for the past two years. The first time we bought a ready-made cake and asked for it to be decorated, and this year we ordered a cake a few days in advance with fruits on top. Both times the cake was completely eaten—it was very tasty and everyone really enjoyed it! It’s just a pity they don’t have lactose-free or egg-free options, but in any case, I highly recommend this place!

Medusa Drink Experience

20/12/2025: A small bar in the center of Abbiategrasso. As soon as you enter, you have the counter in front where the (very knowledgeable) guy makes excellent cocktails at more than fair prices. The service could perhaps be a little faster, but it quickly makes up for it with very good drinks. The interior is very well-kept, with references to Medusa, in fact, you can see the mythological figure almost everywhere in the place. That said, I recommend the place for those who want to enjoy a nice evening in company while sipping excellent drinks.
