It's wonderful to find a pastry shop open at 5:00 AM on a holiday! The baristas are friendly and professional. The desserts are excellent. The savory pastries are delicious, freshly baked around 6:00 AM. The place is clean, bright, welcoming, and spacious.

25/02/2026: High-quality products, and a pastry shop, rotisserie, and snack bar are available here. Passing by on your way down the north side of the magnificent Etna volcano, I highly recommend stopping by! The staff are friendly and fast!
08/02/2026: We stopped by by chance after skiing and had arancini, cannoli, and a mouth-watering spinach-filled focaccia!!! We loved them so much we came back today for lunch and to grab some takeout for our flight home!! We'll be everyone's envy! Highly recommended, and the owner is SO AWESOME! He always treated us so well, even offering us some sweets ♥️
