Pasticceria Sinatra In Genova

Special for celiacs....excellent quality...super

Conoscevo già la qualità della loro pasticceria senza glutine, ma volevo fare i complimenti per la torta foresta nera, provata in occasione di San Valentino e trovata davvero eccezionale. Ringrazio la signora, sempre cortese.

As a boy, Sinatra sprouts seemed to me to be the best in Genoa. Not that I tried all the pastry shops, but of the ones where my dad bought on Sundays, I always hoped he would go to Sinatra. I remember that they had an extra weapon: they also put the pastry cream underneath. A brilliant idea, which no one else was doing. As an adult I remembered this bakery and bought some birthday cakes. Same magic... great Sinatra, a true craftsman.

Pastry shop for miniatures and cakes, welcoming old-time place, very kind service, wide choice, medium-high prices but worth it

Prices a little high but very good pastries, excellent creamed cabbage.
