I would have actually given less, but I hope someone decides to save this place from decline, so I don't want to contribute too much to the chorus of complaints. The lady at the cash register should decide whether to give up her seat to someone who can smile and respond to even a simple greeting, or at least try. There's no table service, but you can't abandon a nice dining room, turning it into a display of wine and coffee boxes, with the television on and no one to even clean a few tables or straighten a few chairs. The cappuccino was awful, but the cannoli was good, and the few times I visit, I do so for the quality of the pastries, but, as you can see from the reviews, it's not enough. I hope you get back on track, and find some desire and satisfaction in your business. Good luck!

Real Authentic Italian Coffe and Pastry Shop. It was busy with local people, but the lady behind the counter helped us and was very attentive. Tip for tourists: Take a order ticket first then order when your number shows up. Great cannolli and good coffee.

Friendly staff, prices are a little above average, but at least they're offset by the high quality of the products served. The pastries are excellent, and the coffee is truly excellent—thick and creamy, it leaves you satisfied. 👍

Good products, but disorganized and often rude. The products are very good. It's a shame they don't sell pastries in the true sense of the word, the large ones. Good cannoli, good breakfast, good San Giuseppe cream puffs. The dough is made with butter (no margarine), and it shows. It's a shame the staff is often rude to those who aren't "regulars" (meaning those who live on the premises...), forgetting that everyone gets paid the same amount and that politeness and professionalism are needed with all customers. Disorganized: getting a number for a takeaway pastry shop while waiting in line, but then having to wait in line again to pay (an "Italian" line, not a civilized one!) is crazy. Prices are in line with the location and the products. Conclusion: you'd like to go more often, but then you lose the desire and choose other pastry shops in the area. Too bad.

I haven't tried any desserts here yet, but I must say that yesterday I went there for the first time for a coffee and I was pleasantly surprised, the coffee was really delicious.
