Pasticceria Pennisi is a guarantee of quality when passing through Palestrina. It's easily accessible with on-site parking, suitable for everyone, and has an air-conditioned dining room.
The desserts are very good; prices for a small pastry start at €1.30, and gelato starts at €2.30.
The gelato is very good, with a few flavors but excellent quality.

I ordered my graduation cake here, trusting them completely and already knowing the quality of the bakery. The staff were kind and helpful, accommodating my every request and, despite a misunderstanding, they were quick and efficient in resolving the unexpected issue. The cake was perfect, beautiful, and above all delicious, light, and fresh. They made the cake moment magical, earning compliments from everyone in attendance.
