Yesterday I had a lovely selection of assorted pastries at this pastry shop. Both I and the people I brought them to loved them, and I was happy with them. You could tell they were fresh that day, well-made, and tasted balanced. I'll definitely be back!

A historic pastry shop in Palestrina, a well-maintained space with delicious pastries and mini-cakes. They also have a good selection of cakes, including some modern cakes. They also have a café and a spacious dining room for breakfast and aperitifs. The outdoor parking lot isn't huge, but there are other parking lots nearby. The staff is attentive and courteous. It's a shame they don't have anything for those with gluten intolerances; they only offer packaged snacks, but I understand that you need a state-of-the-art laboratory to make those types of products.

For my birthday, some friends of mine recommended this pastry shop to me. I was on vacation and had come from far away. I called a few days before to order a cake, telling them how I wanted it, and they were very kind and friendly. On the day of my arrival, I found a beautiful cake, they gave me candles as a gift; and when we tasted it, it was really good, you could taste the quality of the ingredients. I recommend it. Excellent pastry shop and good people. The price is not exactly normal, but that's okay.

Decorated Birthday Cake I ordered a birthday cake for my one-year-old daughter's party in June and was absolutely thrilled! Pastry chef Mary was very helpful and attentive to my needs. She not only fulfilled my requests but was also very skilled at creating the sugar paste decorations. The cake was not only beautiful to look at, but also incredibly delicious. The composition remained perfectly intact for the time it took to take photos, despite the hot weather. I repeat, the personalized decoration was perfect, meticulously detailed and true to the theme I had chosen. The inside was not overly sweet, but soft and moist, with layers of fresh berry custard that melted in your mouth. Plus, their buttercream frosting is truly delicate and light, unlike traditional frostings. All the guests asked where I got it! A true pastry masterpiece that made the party even more special. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cake that is a feast for the eyes and the palate.
