Following some colleagues, I went to this place for a quick lunch and then with my son for a snack. I also purchased some desserts and I must say that all my experiences were excellent, the desserts were delicious. I will definitely be back.

28/12/2024: La piana della bontà e un panificio di ultima generazione,che oltre a vendere prodotti tipici del posto, realizza pane di altri luoghi. In prevalenza vende pane realizzato con farine antiche e con il lievito madre, con lunga lievitazione. Oltre a vedere pane biscotti pizza e altri prodotti tipici di Piana, effettua ottimi dolci fra qui anche il cannolo di ricotta e la casatta di ricotta. Si trova all'inizio del paese e precisamente ad angolo con la fine della strada che viene da Altofonte e la strada vicina la Guardia medica. Contrada ponte Rosso.
