Thanks to an impromptu invitation, for the first time I enter this place (very renowned), courtesy and family atmosphere is the first thing you taste. When it comes to appetizers, it's wonderful 🤩:
mini casatiello (with a delicate and decisive flavor at the right point 🤤) - sfogliatelle with aubergines (I didn't think there could be a combination 😋 ) - I don't know what it's called, but it seemed like the pasticciotto pugliese, shortcrust pastry filled with a very delicate minced sausage (enchanting 🥰 ). Then comes the sweet appetizers, that is, fresh mignon with a tasty filling 😋 and finally her majesty the pastiera = sublime 🤤😍🤩🥰😋. Anyone who wants to go there even more, after a tiring or disappointing day, I highly recommend it!!!

One of the best traditional Neapolitan pastieras in the capital! There's a line to get in close to Easter (perhaps a few small numbers would help). The place is small, but it's worth it. Aside from the excellent flavor, the technical details are impressive: the perfectly cooked pastry, just the right thickness, the dark color of the surface with the seven strips of pastry, the quality and quantity of candied fruit, and above all, the abundant wheat, cooked to perfection so you can taste its texture with every bite. Bravo!
