I show up at the pastry shop, I go in and ask for some zempole with custard but I see that all the zempole have a cream similar to Chantilly, so I ask the staff who answer me by telling me that it is custard but white... A boy comes out of the laboratory saying: no this is white custard, and I say mine, perplexed: my mother used to make it and it was yellow, he replies no to make it yellow you have to add colouring. Total freezing, I didn't want to say anything because there were people... I took the zeppole, paid and left! The desserts are something spectacular, very good and very fresh.. I followed a strong scent while walking down the street.. and upon entering my expectations were largely rewarded.

I finally found the best bar in Tricase. I've seen many, but I've never eaten a croissant like this! Strongly recommended!

Excellent venue, with a beautiful veranda. Excellent attention to intolerances, wide choice of wholemeal croissants. The coffee cream is good. Very kind and prepared staff
