Pasando cerca del Campus Bio - Universidad Medico de Roma en más de una ocasión paramos a desayunar en Pasticceria Rosolino y nos trataron como a la realeza. El capuchino es sabroso y espumoso. Los cruasanes, las "bombas" (son krapfenos como la rosquilla alemana sin agujero central, hechos de masa de levadura dulce frita, y rellenos de crema de natillas) , los brioches son exquisitos y producidos con ingredientes superlativos. Y luego están sus famosos pasteles y tartas, y pasteles... por los que son conocidos en la ciudad. También hay mucho más en oferta de pasteles y aperitivos salados que la lista sería demasiado larga. Los pasteles son verdaderamente su especialidad, todos excelentes, especialmente la mermelada o tartas de frutas y la bollería francesa de tamaño bocado único, los llamados petit fours dulces, que se venden por peso, generalmente se comen al final de una comida como postre, que son realmente muy pequeños y deliciosos. Recomendado para todas las ocasiones que suelen celebrar los postres y bollería, como almuerzos familiares con familiares. Very nice pastry bar. Very kind staff. We took two wraps and a sandwich, water and a coffee. Excellent! A perfect compromise for a bar near the Biomedical Campus 👍

Pastry bar located a stone's throw from the very nice and well-stocked Biomedical Campus. I came across this place during a work break for a quick breakfast and I must say that the cappuccino with bull's eye was very good. Furthermore, despite the little time available, I was able to see the quality of their pastry shop thanks to the presence of numerous well-made cakes, single portions and mignons. Congratulations indeed because you can perceive that there is a well organized reality behind it!
