A little expensive. But you're in the city

We were in Verona for a week for my daughter to receive a medical treatment not available in the U.S. She didn't feel like going out, so every evening I went next door to this little restaurant to order food and take it back. to our room. The cafe isn't fancy, but the food was delicious, plentiful and reasonably priced – way better than at the big restaurant on the city plaza where we ate the first night. The owners were gracious and funny and incredibly kind. They made a difficult time so much better. Highly recommend if you want an authentic Italian experience.

Bar for basic necessities, that is, a coffee, a beer, some fast food...they have a small terrace and three or four tables inside, a street atmosphere and acceptable service.
