Pasticceria Ricci Merella In Novi ligure

08/08/2026: The concept of the place we've all known for years would be worthy of ten stars, with average products and the unfailing helpfulness of some employees. But coming in for breakfast at 5:30 in the morning (on my way to work, not just after a lazy evening with pretensions) and finding the staff behind the counter clearly minding their own business is disgraceful. I respect all the workers, but they were calmly chatting away, and one was sitting behind the counter, I think, on a kind of garbage dump. I don't think this is exactly the attitude of a place with great potential and respect for the customers who come in. I'm willing to rate it ten stars if they could improve two very small things that make a huge difference for the property and its image.
