YOU HAVE A HATEFUL EMPLOYEE. TWO YEARS AGO, FOR MY BIRTHDAY CAKE, SHE MADE IT A THIRD SIZE, PUTTING 300 HOLES MORE. THE CAKE WEIGHED 1 KG INSTEAD OF ABOUT 700 HOLES, THEREFORE A SECOND SIZE.
SHE ARROGATED HERSELF THE RIGHT TO MAKE ME THE BIGGEST CAKE ON FRIDAY. DECEMBER 5
I ORDERED THE CAKE FOR LAST SATURDAY THE 6TH, FROM 12:00 PM ONWARDS, AND NOT ONLY WAS IT NOT READY, BUT SHE DIDN'T EVEN APOLOGIZE AND THEN ADDED THAT SHE HAD FORGOTTEN, AND YOU COVERED HER UP,
SAILING IT WAS YOUR FAULT FOR WRITING THE TIME WRONG. I ONLY ASK FOR ONE THING: Aside from an apology, I think it's a must. PLEASE BE CAREFUL OF YOUR INCORRECT BEHAVIOR TOWARDS ME. I WOULD LIKE TO CONTINUE BEING YOUR CUSTOMER. Good pastry shop, one of the best in the area.
Honestly, it's a bit pricey (pastries €38/kg). I wish they'd pay more attention to issuing receipts; they often don't. They give you the receipt from the scale, which isn't valid as a receipt, or only the POS receipt if you pay by card.

I discovered this bakery over 8 years ago. Every time I'm in Milan, I have to stop by and eat their pastries. They're the best cannoli I've ever had, and their panettone is The Best. They ship it to us from Milan to Madrid every year, and we're thrilled!
