Discovered recently, it quickly became one of our go-tos: in less than a month, we've already returned twice, and each time it's like entering a familiar place, but with the elegance and care of a restaurant that knows how to serve food "like it used to be." The service is incredibly welcoming, attentive without ever being intrusive, and accompanies you throughout the dinner with a genuine warmth that is increasingly rare these days. The cuisine is extraordinary: ultra-fresh fish, dishes prepared with skill and passion, clean and authentic flavors that reflect a respected and valued tradition.
