Thursday 1/25 passing through Pinerolo, I stop and ask if they sold croissants. They answer me in the affirmative with a filling of jam or various creams. I answer Berries and Pistachio. I pay (I have a chat with a lady, I imagine the owner) and leave. Very good croissant, the pistachio cream 100% spot on. The only flaw was that the wild berry jam was exchanged for the apricot jam (very good, but not what I asked for). When I discovered it I was already in Pinerolo, it didn't seem worth going back.

13/08/2024: La trattoria per eccelleza, una trattoria d'eccellenza. Ci hanno portato i miei suoceri, assidui frequentatori, una domenica a pranzo. Servizio attento e veloce, cucina della tradizione piemontese, tutto cucinato con amore e attenzione. Antipasti, primi, secondi, dolci. Davvero tutto ottimo, dalle materie prime alla preparazione. Locale semplice ma molto pulito. Rapporto qualità prezzo senza pari. Consigliato a tutti quelli a cui voglio bene! Se andate a pranzo in settimana mangerete a prezzi ancora piu bassi, ma la qualità sempre eccellente. Complimenti. Di questi tempi ristoranti così ne restano pochi...
02/08/2024: An excellent value for money with the emphasis shifted too much on the price. Simple menu, discreetly cooked with a very low final bill. I would have preferred a few euros more and a little more.

28/07/2024: Really excellent pizza: quality products, price a little above average compared to an ordinary pizzeria but I think it deserves it, precisely because with the combination of tastes it goes beyond the ordinary.
20/07/2024: The pizza was very good. the waitresses were nice and the pizzeria was nice and it was welcoming I would go back
