I was intimidated by the comments about the lines and long waits to access the store, so I tried purchasing on the website, and the experience was excellent. Impeccable service at every stage: immediate preparation (order at 6 pm, receipt present in the package at 8:34 pm), fast shipping with easy and detailed tracking, very careful packaging with extremely protected contents, and the surprise of a welcome gift. I would repeat and recommend.

The products are great...but it takes nothing to be kind to customers

We've been customers for a while now, and at Christmas we love enjoying Gilbert panettone and cookies. They taste very different from the supermarket panettone or pandoro.
