Veronica is a wonderful pastry chef. The brioche croissants are delicious, along with the fillings. I'm yet to try them, or the cream puffs, but there'll be time. The place is a lovely spot for a nice Sunday breakfast.

A great place for breakfast. The girls who served us were very friendly, the pistachio croissants were spectacular, and the coffee was also very good. I recommend it. Wish them well. 😜👌

We arrive in 10 for breakfast: good croissants and decent coffee. Service however not sufficient: (I) while bringing hot drinks a cappuccino is spilled on the floor by the waitress, the liquid remains on the floor for 40 minutes, until we leave the place (II) total bill included €45, out of €110, of drinks not ordered. Amount refunded after reporting it, but still excessive error.

03/11/2025: Right next to the world’s oldest library, the Biblioteca Capitolare di Verona, the cappuccino here is simply perfect.
28/09/2025: Fast service with a variety of seating options both at the counter and behind the tables. They offer several types of coffee to choose from, with excellent combinations like hazelnut, chocolate, and cream. The ladies are very kind and professional. If I have the chance, I'll be back to try something else!

La Biga

01/05/2025: A fixed point when I'm out and about and don't feel like cooking. At the Biga pizzeria I tasted all the offerings. Pizza, loaf, shirt. I change every time, but the loaf and shirt remain my favourites, for a bit of a change. Crispy pasta and not at all "choppy" as is now fashionable in the city and in the vicinity of La Biga itself. Always fresh ingredients. Fast and friendly service in a quiet area just outside the centre. Absolutely recommended!
30/04/2025: Ero a cena da amici ieri sera ed essendosi fatto tardi, abbiamo ordinato la pizza qui, essendo vicina a casa . Non la conosceva nessuno! Mio marito ha preso un filoncino classico. L'aspetto era invitante. E il gusto era altrettanto appetitoso. Io ho preso la "camicia", tipo calzone con dentro pomodoro/mozzarella I miei amici hanno preso la vegetariana e una coi formaggi della lessinia. Abbiamo fatto assaggi di tutti i tipi. Per me è piuttosto scomoda ma se dovessi tornare in zona, ritornerei sicuramente! I miei amici hanno detto che torneranno sicuramente! Il titolare è una bellissima persona, simpatico e affabile.
