The location was perfect. Transportation was easy. There were many opportunities for entertainment and food around. I recommend it.

The rooms are clean and tidy, the elevator is inadequate!!! The breakfast was much better than the other hotels I stayed in Italy.

It's super nice. We came with the school for an end-of-year trip, and they treated us wonderfully. Highly recommended.
It's located in a neighborhood that seems dangerous, but it's actually a very friendly neighborhood.
There's a really cute dog named Nino.

We chose the Hotel Terme Pellegrini for a small regenerating getaway and we were thrilled! The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing, perfect for those seeking tranquility and well-being. The staff was always very kind and professional, ready to satisfy every need with courtesy. The rooms are comfortable, quiet and well-kept, with great attention to cleanliness.
The location is truly strategic: super central, convenient for getting around the city and with the train station just a few minutes walk away, ideal for easily visiting other wonderful Tuscan destinations such as Florence, Lucca or Pisa.
Abundant breakfast with fresh and quality products. A stay that really allowed us to unplug and recharge. Highly recommended!

Wonderful stay! The Pellegrini Terme hotel is an oasis of peace in the heart of Montecatini. The location is perfect, just a stone's throw from the center, but in a quiet area. The room was very clean, spacious and with a nice little balcony. The staff was exceptional: friendly, helpful and always ready to give advice on what to visit. The breakfast was also excellent, with fresh products and a good variety. Ideal for both a relaxing weekend and a longer stay. We will definitely be back!

The air conditioning in the room was not working. There was no white curtain in the room, so we had to close the double curtains because we were very close to each other, so we always had to use the light. The breakfast was passable, too small for the number of people. It was poorly laid out, everything was concentrated in the same place. All the hot and cold drinks were of poor quality. The evening meals were good, the staff was very pleasant.

The hotel is in a very good location and very clean!
But the double room we stayed in is very small without the necessary amenities. There is not even a stool to put our suitcases on. We asked for at least a suitcase stand but although they assured us that they would arrange it, our request was not met.
The breakfast was quite good and the person in charge of the place was kind and willing to serve.
Our stay was quite pleasant!

Noise from the church on Saturday evening. We had a problem with the receptionist when we left on May 26th: no hello, no goodbye, she wasn't at all interested in getting our mail, and she didn't know where the nearest mailbox was. A receptionist training course should be arranged for this person.
