The location was great, it’s close to the train station and to the best shop streets (it’s in the city center) I loved the people they cared how was our staying and the girl in the reception was lovely. Would recommend to friends!!

It is located in front of the square, so the accessibility to the store is excellent.
However, it was very noisy because there was a performance playing music in the square after 10 o'clock, and the local children were screaming with excitement. I was very tired, but it was difficult to sleep because of the noise.
The air conditioner was on and it was cool, but the temperature wasn't controlled so I had to turn it on and off repeatedly in the early morning. Air conditioner noise is no joke.
There are two elevators, but they are very small and slow, and can accommodate about three people including suitcases.
What about dinner… It was okay.
It was okay to have a simple breakfast.
We enjoyed our one night stay in late May with a Tour Group from Toronto Canada. We left behind our IPAD in our room. We contacted the hotel immediately and the hotel staff was very professional and efficient. Rossella Rastelli, a manager at the hotel retrieved the IPAD, a USB cable and a t-shirt. They nicely packed our items and arranged courier’s return.
It took sometime by UPS to arrange customs clearance and international shipment. We gladly received our IPAD last Friday.
Thank you Rossella and hotel staff for your efforts, kindness and hospitality! Great experience! Keep up the great work.

I enjoyed everything about my recent three-night stay at the hotel. I visited as part of an 80-person group tour, and enjoyed the great location, our balcony room, breakfast, and friendly staff. I wouldn't hesitate to return to this property.

A nice hotel in the middle of the town, which means there is a correspondingly loud background noise from very loud young people until late at night. But the balcony door closes well. Unfortunately the mattress was very uncomfortable and caused some problems. The service was very good, breakfast was very opulent by Italian standards and dinner also tasted good. All in all a nice stay.

The hotel is located right on the main square next to the church. At night, music freaks meet here and party loudly. Since the hotel's air conditioning doesn't work, you can't close the windows. Sleep is out of the question.
Breakfast is monotonous with dry bread from the day before.
Staff friendly, rooms clean. Daily towel change.

It is in the middle of the main square.
There are many restaurants, bars, fruit shops, etc. nearby.
When you touch the room key, you hear a clicking sound and the door is a bit heavy so you have to use force to open it.
2 elevators for 3-4 people without luggage

Must depart after 8:30 on weekdays
