Overall satisfactory. The restrooms were inconvenient and the surrounding area noisy. The service and welcome were excellent. The food was decent but nothing special.

I stayed one night with a December package, and overall, it was clean and nice. I used a shower filler and used the 220v outlet.

I stayed here as part of a package. Previous reviews had me worried about bedbugs and cleanliness, but it was very clean. The room felt a little cold, but I think it was because of the balcony. The bathroom was very clean, and the bed was free of bedbugs. Breakfast was good, and dinner was delicious. And the staff were very friendly! However, there's a dog in the lobby, but he's not tied up and roams freely. It's not always the case; a staff member brings him along, so if you're afraid of dogs, it's best to avoid him. Oh, and the location is great. There's a supermarket and a merry-go-round right down the main road, which is nice! There's also a pharmacy nearby. I'm very satisfied!

Very poor breakfast and the shower cubicle in the bathroom is not suitable for large customers.

The four-star hotel is quite nice. There are two small elevators. The rooms have hot water and kettles. There's a good, affordable restaurant 150 meters across from the hotel. The rooms are standard-sized and comfortable, some with balconies. There's good Wi-Fi. Parking is difficult, requiring a 150-meter walk. There's a tax of around 300. Overall, it's a good experience.
