Pasticceria Pegaso In Firenze

16/04/2025: Small but very charming place. There are a couple of tables but here the must is the standing aperitif also because with such a well-stocked counter it makes no sense to sit.

05/01/2025: We went to this bar last night by chance to have an aperitif while waiting for a table in a restaurant opposite. Very pleasant surprise...the owner is a person passionate about his work and a lover of quality. Very knowledgeable about all types of gin and how to pair it... well done! Passion and commitment must be rewarded!
