Great professionalism and seriousness

A great pastry shop, an icon in Catania. Some of the timeless products occasionally disappointed us (bausette gelato, milleperle egg), but overall it's one of the best and most recommended pastry shops.

As always, Catania stands out for its pastry shop, and here I'm sure you'll appreciate the finest expression of a pastry shop steeped in history, offering a taste experience straight out of the Arabian Nights. The staff are polite and knowledgeable, their uniforms are always neat, and they guarantee friendliness and pampering. The pastry shop is delicious; try it and believe it. In my opinion, one of the best pastry shops in Catania. The only downside is that, after careful inspection of several purchases made in the past few days, the cakes aren't excellent. The only drawback is the parking, so I recommend parking on Corso Italia and walking there.

Located on the stretch of Via Pasubio closest to Viale Ionio, the pastry shop offers limited seating. The wide variety of products offered—cookies, breakfast pastries, granitas, gelato, pastries, and cakes—are not exclusively inspired by Sicilian confectionery tradition. Pasticceria Pasubio offers mostly seasonal desserts, characterized by unusual but generally delicious combinations. Satisfaction guaranteed. 🥰

Yesterday I bought two cakes. Needless to say, they were delicious, as usual, from top-notch pastry chefs. But I want to thank the lady for her helpfulness and kindness. As soon as I told her I'd have to transport them for over two hours, she wrapped them up so they would arrive intact, using styrofoam and ice. They actually arrived perfectly, thank you.

Non sono di Catania ma vivo nel Veneto. Tre o quattro volte l’anno vengo a trovare mia figlia che vive qui in centro. Negli anni ho avuto la possibilità di conoscere e frequentare parecchie pasticcerie della zona. Dopo averne provate molte,devo dire che la tradizione del dolce è molto sentita nell’isola e molte pasticcerie si contendono il primato. Dopo accurate selezioni penso che in assoluto come livello qualitativo, creatività pasticcera e attenzione al cliente la Pasticceria Pasubio abbia senz’altro una marcia in più. La freschezza e la fragranza della materia prima fanno sì che tutti i dolci e le torte assaggiate diano parecchi punti di distacco a molte altre che per sentito dire essere più blasonate. La cortesia e il sapere ascoltare il cliente per poterlo soddisfare nelle scelte e nella descrizione del prodotto sono ai massimi livelli.
