I had a cannoli (made fresh, of course). The shell was handmade, of excellent quality, and the ricotta was excellent—one of the best I've ever had. A tip for the staff: healthy doesn't cost much.

A long-time customer, loyal to the bausette, always exceptional, second only to the "undisputed first". It's a shame the icing was too thick, especially for my birthday cake... the taste is always very good, but the "isinglass" consistency upset the balance of the remaining layers... I hope this isn't a way to better "preserve" it at the expense of freshness...

I ordered the fedora cake from Verona and I have to say it was delicious, except that the courier knocked on my door and he had placed the package vertically even though it said to keep it horizontal. Inside it was all on one side, but this is obviously not the pastry shop's fault.

I bought both the chocolate and rum panettone and the pandoro for Christmas to take back to Milan. These are excellent artisanal products. The almond pastries and nougat are also delicious. The owners are very friendly. Highly recommended!
