05/03/2025: The only one open in the historic center at 7 in the morning, friendly environment, clean place, clean bathrooms, frozen but good croissants (it's not a poor frozen one), good cappuccino but nothing exceptional. Overall it was a good experience, compared to what's nearby it's the best choice.
04/03/2025: A stone's throw from the leaning tower, super advantageous prices compared to the surroundings and above average quality. The bar is not A.I.C certified gluten free. but it is stocked with extremely good sweet and savory foods, produced and pre-packaged by an external pastry shop, perhaps the best gluten free croissants I have ever eaten. The staff were polite, friendly and super efficient. If we return to Pisa we will definitely go back for breakfast again.
