Yesterday I went with a friend to this pastry shop that we've been wanting to try for a long time. It's very nice and not too crowded. I didn't really like the coffee, but I did like the cookies. Ideal for a quick stop.

I love/loved Pasticceria Orcagna! This was my go-to spot in the mornings when I wanted to have a nice and relaxed breakfast, snack, espresso, or all of the above! The staff was incredibly friendly, efficient and fast - and they were patient with me while I practiced my Italian. Ordering my café or espresso with my cornetto(s) was a nice experience as they helped correct me when needed. As laughs were exchanged my favorite part of my every other day experience here, was the environment. I was always relaxed, comfortable, and just chill… while I read, wrote in my journal, or just sat there in peace n a clean and stylish Italian pastry shop. Im pretty sure at night they do more as there is a full bar with high end drinks. But my visits were in the morning for the coffee and goodies. Don’t get me started on their pastries – Oh my goodness … Mamma Mia! Soooo good. Thank you guys for making yet another Italian experience something that I will never forget!

Probably one of the best bakeries in all Florence. We went daily because everything is so fresh and the people there are very welcoming. Love the experience
