I think it's the best pastry I've ever tried. I bought a classic dove after seeing a video on their social media of how it was made. You can see the mastery of craftsmanship. Congratulations indeed!

I had the pleasure of enjoying truly exceptional ice cream in this pastry shop. A certainty! After having tried the pastries and panettoni several times, this time it was the turn of the bignè and zeppole di S.Giuseppe... truly exquisite, also try the house specialty, the zeppola with cocoa dough. Always everything delicious

Abbiamo organizzato la festa di nostro figlio e Ilario ci ha letteralmente deliziato per la bontà del cibo e la consulenza in fase di organizzazione del tutto la torta era straordinaria sicuramente torneremo….Grazie Ilario!!!!

Dolci ottimi. Il panettone al cioccolato al rum è eccellente. L' abbiamo acquistato per il secondo anno di fila ed ha confermato la sua qualità. Anche le frappe di carnevale sono notevoli. Leggere e fragranti

The Novelli pastry shop, one of the most renowned in the neighborhood, the master pastry chef Ilario produces delicious desserts and cakes from his hands, you can see the love he puts into them, the quality of the raw materials is of the highest excellence. It produces artisanal Panettone and Pandoro which are uniquely delicious.

11/04/2025: So why not 5 stats? This is a gorgeous hotel with a great history! The common spaces have beautiful furniture! But the chandlers in our room had crystals missing! OK, that happens, but those crystals can be taken from one room and fix the others. Also the carpet in our room needs to replaced. I have worked in Quality Assurance so I see things others might not see. We had a very pleasant stay here and would return.
