Excellent pastry shop, innovative and elegant in its production of miniature patisserie and cakes. The brioches are a masterpiece. Each one is a "dessert" that offers you an immersive journey through refined and expertly combined flavors with every bite. You can see the care, research, and skill that goes into creating desserts that are never ordinary. Truly excellent. You can also reserve a table online, which is truly convenient. I only recommend spacing the tables a little further inside. In any case, it's unmissable.

High-quality pastries for both breakfast and small pastries. Today, Saturday, July 12th, we really enjoyed the gourmet mango and coconut brioche: on one side, pineapple jelly and coconut cream, on the other, coconut frangipane. It's simply summer! For breakfast, we then enjoyed the most classic—and delicious—cream cannoli. The only solution, in this very clean and welcoming place, is to keep the tables apart, which currently results in a somewhat excessive level of noise. For takeout, we ordered two trays of small pastries, each costing 15/20 euros, all very refined and delicious. The shortcrust pastry with chocolate glaze, black tea jelly, citrus cream, and chocolate glaze particularly stood out. The rosemary, apricot jelly, and white chocolate combination was also very popular. Overall rating: 8

The quality of the products is excellent, commensurate with the service and location. The only thing I recommend is to book for breakfast with Instagram.

We have only been to this pastry shop once (for now), but we can't wait to go back. The pain au chocolat, as well as the croissant and the fiocco were really very good, crumbly, honeycomb-like, with a generous filling in the case of the croissant and the fiocco. We are happy to have discovered a place in the area that produces such wonders. They are also very organized in terms of orders, with online order management, both for take-away and for eating on site. My heartfelt compliments 💓

The croissants are amazing and full of cream, and for me the maritozzo is phenomenal, full of cream and soft.

Ho scoperto la Pasticceria Ninin di Casale Monferrato dopo aver visto la puntata di "Cake Star" da loro vinta. È un locale accogliente e ben tenuto, con un laboratorio a vista che permette di osservare i pasticceri all'opera (per me il punto di forza dato che permette ai clienti di osservare il processo di preparazione dei prodotti) e che aggiunge un trasparenza e autenticità al locale. Dispone di pochi posti a sedere all'interno, ma offre anche tavoli all'esterno per godersi le specialità all'aria aperta. L'offerta della pasticceria spazia dai classici croissant, fragranti e ben sfogliati, a deliziosi macaron; particolarmente apprezzati anche i dolci monoporzione e le torte. La caffetteria accompagna adeguatamente la proposta dolciaria, offrendo caffè e cappuccini di buona qualità, anche se non raggiunge gli stessi livelli di eccellenza dei prodotti da forno. I prezzi sono in linea con la qualità dei prodotti, anche se il costo per il servizio al tavolo potrebbe risultare leggermente elevato considerando la posizione del locale. Ninin è secondo me, l’unica vera bakery di Casale Monferrato, tappa obbligata per chi ama la buona viennoiserie.
