I've been a customer for years, but lately I've been having some concerns. I booked a table yesterday, but when I arrived, I found it unfortunate, the one stuck with the door constantly open. So, I might as well eat out. I asked for something gluten-free, and aside from macarons, nothing was available, not even sealed. But the most shocking thing was definitely the inability to heat up a croissant pizza for my son (it was frozen), and the ham sandwich...without ham...I should have sent it back, probably because the kitchen forgot, but...otherwise, the waiters are always excellent, the food is essentially delicious, and the bar is always clean. It's a shame about these little oversights.

Nothing to complain about the quality of the pastries: excellent. The service needs a bit of a rethink, especially during breakfast on holidays: I understand the difficulty in managing the constant and heavy influx of customers, but the staff is disorganized. A little more attention to customers and you'll be one step closer to perfection.

Breakfast for 27 people, the staff was very helpful and professional, the croissants were all very good.

I purchased Ninin's Sacher cake for a family occasion. I was welcomed by courteous and professional people who advised me on the choice of decorations. The pastry shop is very welcoming, furnished with great taste and very pleasant colours. The "window" from which you can see the work of the pastry chefs is beautiful. The best part comes once you get home and open the "chest" containing the cake. It was a real pleasure to taste this little wonder, with a balanced and pleasant taste! Excellent experience, from the boutique to the tasting, all the attention to detail and passion you dedicate to the work "behind the scenes" shines through. Until next time.
