The products are good but nothing exceptional. Slow service. The counter staff often don't speak Italian and lack empathy for the customer.

I would suggest a change in the background music, perhaps to stay on topic, tune the channel to Lounge music, the current music is quite sad

I'm coming today because I have a GP, I came for breakfast, the fresh briosch was empty but very good, I would have done an encore, then a very good, fresh Sicilian cannon, the first time I had a chocolate cannon but it was too sweet. Instead, for the rest it makes you want to gorge on delicious desserts

Typical italian pasticceria with delicious brioches and nice coffee. We enjoyed a perfectly tasty breakfast at a very low price!

Since they renovated the place, things have changed a bit. The staff is often unfriendly, especially one brown-haired waitress who seems like she's doing you a favor. The croissants, WITH DELICIOUS DOUGH, AMONG THE BEST IN THE CITY, were overflowing with cream or jam, etc. For several months now, I don't know if it's the owner's policy to put less than half the cream. The other day, it was practically all on the outside, and when I broke the croissant, it was completely empty inside. A month ago, I got up to ask for more, but evidently it wasn't a coincidence, and I can't look like a starving person asking for more filling in my croissant, but I'LL SIMPLY CHANGE PLACE. I'm not rich, and for me, 3.50 for a breakfast where I'm not satisfied is something I can't afford.
