At Maddalena's I feel at home, top pastries and staff who are always very friendly and smiling. I also recommend the aperitifs with excellent freshly made platters, quality gintonics combined with the right tonics (not like they do in many other places).

Ci vado regolarmente perché è una garanzia! Ci vado per coccolarmi con una colazione top. Brioches buonissime e personale davvero professionale preparato e gentile. Ambiente elegante.

Recommended by local friends we chose this pastry shop to order a birthday cake (their highlight of the pastry shop which I can't remember the name at the moment). I confirm that the quality is truly excellent. Unfortunately, I initially didn't expect the approach with the owner when booking the dessert.... Raw materials worked with skill

A pastry shop, discovered by chance, for work reasons, which left me fascinated. Finding a place where the pastries have the right taste, without all these changes made that have taken away the pleasure of eating desserts in a pastry shop, for me, is lucky. I frequent pastry shops from Lugana to Brescia, even very well-known ones, BUT YOU CAN'T FIND THE DELICIOUS FLAVOR OF PASTRY MADDALENA ANYWHERE. Other pastry shops offer fashionable locations or views of the lake but none offer the flavor of Maddalena's pastine. Furthermore, they make aperitifs with Sardinian products, which I can't talk about yet because I haven't had the opportunity to come at that time. Parking, both in front and on the side. The kindness of the staff makes gray days become livable. Highly recommended place ❤️

Siamo andate fra amiche per un aperitivo, ottima e originale la proposta con prodotti tipici sardi, un tagliere di formaggi e salumi davvero gradevole accompagnato da pane carasau guttiau accompagnato da un ottimo aperitivo analcolico. Consigliatissimo

23/05/2025: A truly delicious experience! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by extremely attentive and friendly staff, which made the evening even more enjoyable. Every detail of the service was taken care of with kindness and professionalism. The real star, however, was the pizza: simply extraordinary. The light and fragrant dough, the freshest ingredients and truly successful combinations of flavors. Each bite was a little journey into the heart of Italian tradition, with that special touch that makes the difference. A place where you can breathe passion and quality. We will definitely be back - and we wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who loves good food and a warm welcome! 🍕✨

Osteria di Mezzo

03/05/2025: Die Osteria di Mezzo liegt in einer ruhigen Gasse im Zentrum von Salò – nicht direkt am Wasser, aber atmosphärisch und stilvoll eingerichtet. Das Lokal wirkt persönlich und überwiegend familiengeführt, das gesamte Team ist sehr freundlich, engagiert und aufmerksam. Die Küche ist qualitativ hervorragend. Alles, was wir gegessen haben, war handwerklich sehr gut gemacht und schön präsentiert. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die ausgeprägte Getränkekultur: Weine werden in sorgfältig ausgewählten, jeweils passenden Gläsern serviert – auch das Bier kommt stilvoll auf den Tisch. Sehr angenehm und ungewöhnlich konsequent. Ein kleiner Punkt, der die Professionalität des Hauses eher bestätigt als schmälert: Eine Tagliata war zunächst etwas zu durch, wurde aber umgehend, freundlich und selbstverständlich ersetzt – inklusive mehrfacher Entschuldigung. So geht man vorbildlich mit Feedback um. Am Ende des Abends gab es beim Bezahlen sogar noch eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit: ein hübsch verpacktes Tütchen mit feinem Gebäck. Eine schöne Geste – aufmerksam, herzlich und keineswegs selbstverständlich. Die Preise sind absolut angemessen für das, was geboten wird – sowohl kulinarisch als auch im Service. Wichtig: Eine Reservierung im Voraus ist unbedingt zu empfehlen – das Lokal ist sehr gefragt. Fazit: Ein rundum gelungener Abend. Wer Qualität, Atmosphäre und ehrliche Gastfreundschaft sucht, ist hier genau richtig.
