I'm absolutely in love with this pastry shop! Every dessert is delicious, and you can immediately taste the quality of the ingredients. The brioches are perfect for breakfast, and the pastries are truly delightful. The staff is super friendly, and the place is always welcoming and well-kept. If you love sweets made with passion, this is the place to go!

I'd like to point out that I don't usually write reviews, but in this case I felt it was appropriate. The products at Pasticceria Maddalena are undoubtedly good and well-crafted, but the overall experience was marred by the service. In particular, one waitress showed little courtesy and attention to us. A cold and unprofessional attitude is not what one expects from a place like this, where, in addition to the quality of the desserts, attention to service and a warm welcome should also be evident. I would, however, like to emphasize that I have no complaints about the rest of the staff, who were kind and helpful. It would be desirable if the same standard of professionalism were maintained by all staff members, to ensure a consistently positive experience. I will definitely return despite this episode. I hope that my next experience will fully reflect the very high standard of this place. Thank you.
