15/04/2025: I am from Orbassano, in the province of Turin, and I learned to prepare amatriciana from Mr. Armando, founder of this historic trattoria in Torre Angela. 21 years have passed since the amatriciana prepared by him, I had never eaten it before, being Piedmontese, and I have never forgotten it again. Today I prepare it too, and I do it very well, worthy of a Roman palate, and I owe it only to Mr. Armando and his daughter, who today carries on the family tradition. 16/03/2025: 80s atmosphere that feels familiar. cheap prices homemade food with excellent quality price pizzas medium dough but well stuffed the only flaw is the fried foods which are the frozen classics with little taste and good quality the desserts. the guys who work as waiters are very kind and the place also has an outdoor space
