Late Saturday afternoon my daughter and I stopped for a snack. The brioches he ate were truly spectacular... crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside and with pistachio cream, also used as an external decoration, in the dough and as a filling. Being celiac, I couldn't taste it but I used my other senses, what a scent... We bought another brioches to take home and also his wife and other son confirmed that it was one of the best brioches they had eaten. Compliments...
