Wood-fired pizza like in the '80s. It's practically like being a kid again, those afternoons when a whim was blissfully satisfied with a tasty break. Thin, exceptional dough, all the aromas of tradition. Excellent ingredients. New favorite place.

High quality flaky croissants that are rare to find, excellent hazelnut biscuits, the flavour is excellent, qualified, professional and kind staff, a real gem in Albano Laziale, it's a shame it's not in Rome, keep it up

05/11/2025: I decided to celebrate a bonus I got from a website (the name is visible in the photo) with a nice dinner. The noodles were amazing — warm, aromatic, with meat and veggies — just what you need after a workday.
